Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a defect with your order, or if the item is not what you expected, you have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please email us at alwstwenty5@gmail.com with your order number included in the subject line. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Any items showing signs of wear, marks, odors, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Please be advised that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any risk of loss or damage that may occur during the return shipment; therefore, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
